Determinar las actividades a emprender identificando y valorando diferentes oportunidades de negocio, en función de las propias capacidades emprendedoras y de la información relevante del entorno obtenida de distintas fuentes de información, y detectando sus riesgos y oportunidades, a fin de garantizar la viabilidad del pequeño negocio o microempresa. Planificar la estrategia de marketing del pequeño negocio o microempresa definiendo las variables de marketing-mix para su posicionamiento en el mercado. Planificar la organización de la actividad empresarial identificando las necesidades, determinando los recursos y estableciendo los mecanismos de control para lograr un eficiente y permanente funcionamiento del pequeño negocio o microempresa. Confeccionar los estados financieros previsionales cuantificando los recursos y costes de la actividad del pequeño negocio o microempresa, utilizando aplicaciones ofimáticas específicas, con objeto de elaborar el plan económico financiero. Evaluar periódicamente la viabilidad económica y financiera de la actividad, a partir de la información de los estados financieros –previsionales y reales– y utilizando aplicaciones ofimáticas específicas, a fin de garantizar la rentabilidad y supervivencia de pequeños negocios. Integrar los elementos analizados y planificados en el plan de negocio documentado, definiendo las acciones precisas para su divulgación, presentación y tramitación ante terceros.
